Members must sign in to their myAmCham portal account on the AmCham Belgium website to access event registration and other services.

Each member can only register themselves for an event (one ticket per attendee). Registrations cannot be made on behalf of others.

Immediate payment is required, no later than the time of registration and can be made securely by via online payment (credit card, Bancontact, etc.) or bank transfer. Invoices are provided via email. For free events, no invoices are issued. Registrants will receive an event registration confirmation email once they have successfully registered.

Members requiring a purchase order (PO) number on the invoice must provide this information either prior to, or at the time of registration. Access to an event may be refused if the registration fee has not been paid. In the event of cancellations or failure to attend an event without prior notice, the paid event fee will not be refunded.

Business formal attire is required for events.

Networking opportunities are provided. However, aggressive business solicitation is prohibited.

Some events may operate under the Chatham House Rules, where shared information remains confidential and unattributed to individuals. Participants are expected to respect this confidentiality.

Information collected on member companies and other entities will be added to AmCham Belgium's database and will be used as per AmCham Belgium's Privacy Policy.

An attendee's name, job title and company may appear on an events' participants list. For most events, the participant list is distributed electronically to all registered participants ahead of the event.

By registering for an event, participants agree to have their photo taken. Photos shared with participants by AmCham Belgium after the event may be used for marketing and communication purposes, including social media, and will be published using the hashtag #AmChamBelgium.
