The Human Capital & Talent Committee is pleased to invite you to The Future of Talent, taking place on Monday, 16 November, at Linklaters in Brussels. The event will explore how regulatory developments, technology, and innovation are shaping the way companies attract, develop, and retain talent.

The event is open to all AmCham Belgium members and will start with a networking lunch at 12:00, followed by the formal program from 12:30.

We will look at some of the key regulatory developments affecting employers, including the Pay Transparency Directive and the Single Permit, and discuss what these changes mean for companies competing for talent.

Talent, Technology & Transformation

The second panel will explore how AI, R&D, and technological change are influencing the skills companies need, how organizations are adapting, and what this means for the future of talent in Belgium.

You will hear from representatives from SD Worx, Mastercard, GE Healthcare, and other leading member companies, sharing their experiences and perspectives on how these changes are affecting their organizations.
