Meet the speakers

Julien De Wit is a recognized strategist and thought leader with a track record in both academia and business. He is an author, trusted advisor to executives, prominent LinkedIn voice, and columnist for Trends, Belgium’s leading business magazine. At the think tank Itinera, he helps bring political and economic foresight directly to decision-makers.

Carolien Van Den Bosch began her career as a corporate banker and financial consultant. Since 2018, she has combined sharp business expertise with a passion for people and culture. She is the author of two internationally published books, a sought-after keynote speaker, and a trainer who has worked with global organizations. 

Together, Julien and Carolien share a mission: to create workplaces where strategy and culture go hand in hand, and where performance naturally follows.
