Joint Human Capital and Talent & Young Professionals Committee meeting
For Committee Members Only!
The next Human Capital & Talent Committee meeting will be a joint meeting with our Young Professionals.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, May 16, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Janssen Pharmaceutica, Turnhoutseweg 30, 2340 Beerse. A big thank you to Anouck Van Hoydonck and Eric Pelkmans for hosting us.
Kindly find below the agenda of the meeting:
12:00 – 13:00: Optional lunch (you are also welcome starting at 1:00 p.m.). If you are joining us for lunch, please let me know by COB Thursday, May 9.
13:00 – 13:30: Introduction to J&J Campus by Jan Van Der Goten and Hilde Claes.
13:30 – 15:00: Interactive session on ‘talent for the future’ (link with AmCham election memorandum, business critical roles & soft skills for the future, international talent: needs, approach & hurdles).
15:00 – 16:00: Optional campus tour for those who are interested.
