Sarah De Donder, new ManpowerGroup BeLux HR Director

Brussels, 07 May 2013 – Sarah De Donder has joined the ManpowerGroup BeLux Management Committee as Human Resources Director for the Manpower, Experis and ManpowerGroup Solutions brands. She replaces Eric Bruyninckx who is retiring.

Sarah De Donder, 36, is a graduate of ICHEC where she received a Master in Commercial and Financial Sciences with a specialisation in human resources. She has acquired strong experience in the organisation and management of talent in international business.  She was Human Resources Director for the Benelux at Kellogs from 2011 to 2013 and was an HR business partner for different Pfizer business units from 2004 to 2011. 

Her mission at ManpowerGroup will consist in implementing an HR strategy to meet the many challenges of the Human Age in which uncertainty and change have become the new standards of the work world. To accomplish this, Sarah will emphasise individual development, collaborative models and innovation for the benefit of clients and candidates. "This will enable us to maximise the value of our good practices and the expertise available in our different speciality areas for the benefit of all clients regardless of their business sector." 

She will be responsible for the commercial network employees of ManpowerGroup's brands and for the experts delegated to client projects, that is, over a thousand people in all.

Sarah is also very familiar with the HR resources services sector.  At the beginning of her career, she worked four years as an HR consultant at Randstad where she gained substantial field knowledge and experience.
