For the sixth edition of its flagship CEOx1Day event, Odgers Berndtson is proud to present these female business leaders who will allow top-students to follow them during a normal working day:
- Christina Foerster, CEO of Brussels Airlines
- Olivia Natens, Country Director Benelux of Medtronic
- Hilde Vernaillen, CEO of P&V Insurance
- Sophie Dutordoir, CEO of SNCB/NMBS
- Ilham Kadri, CEO of Solvay
In a country with too few women at the top, they are powerful role models for successful business careers in Belgium.
Five Master students will be selected to spend a day with them to learn about the responsibilities and complexities required to lead some of Belgium’s prominent companies. The event will take place in February-March 2020.
In exclusive collaboration with Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, the CEOx1Day event is designed to uncover some of Belgium’s most promising future leaders and give them an opportunity to walk in the shoes of a senior executive. At the same time, the participating CEOs can better understand what drives this future generation of leaders.
The CEOs of many other well-known companies in Belgium have already participated: Bank Degroof Petercam, Solvay, Telenet, EVS, AGC, Argenta, Brussels Airport, Proximus, Recticel, RTL, Ageas, Dragone, Google, Exki, Sioen, bpost, Ontex, RTBF, Spadel, Vandemoortele, Bozar, Fnac Vanden Borre, PwC and Sonaca.
