Registrations and payment can only be made by via our website at www.amcham.be.
If you wish to register more than one person for an event you can do so at the time of registration by selecting more than one seat. Your guest(s) may be either:
- another employee of your company
- any other person you would like to attend the event with you
It is also possible to make a registration on behalf of someone else, as in the case of an assistant registering a colleague.
All employees of member companies pay the member fee. Should a member wish to bring along a non-member guest to an event (where allowed), the member will be invoiced separately for their guest, at the non-member rate, except in the case of spouses. Strategic Sponsors benefit from free attendance at some events and should use the promo code provided to them.
Confirmations are sent at the time of registration. An invoice will be sent by email within 24 hours of registration (except in the case of free events). In case of an event with limited space, registrations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is made at the time of registration. It will be possible to pay securely by credit or debit card. If your company requires a purchase order (PO) number to be included on the invoice, you must provide this number at the time of registration.
Cancellations must be received by the close of business, two working days before the event (unless otherwise indicated on the specific invitation or webpage). Cancellations made before this deadline will be refunded minus an administration fee of €10. Cancellations received after this deadline or failure to attend the event without prior notice will not be refunded. To cancel your participation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Erroneously made registrations will be refunded minus an administration fee of €10.
Refunds will be paid by bank transfer.
Your name will appear on the participants list, which will be printed and distributed at the event. For select events, the participant list may be publicly available on our website.
By registering for an event, you consent to have your photo taken. Photos of event participants may subsequently be used by AmCham Belgium online or in print, for marketing and communication purposes. If you do not wish your photo to be used in this way, please inform the Chamber prior to the event.
If you require a vegetarian meal, AmCham Belgium will try to ensure this is made available. Please contact the Chamber on email@example.com to specify your needs.
Changes or amendment of events
AmCham Belgium reserves the right to cancel any event or to change event times and dates. This includes changes to speakers, content and program. In the unlikely occurrence of an event cancellation, AmCham Belgium will reimburse payments received. AmCham Belgium will not, however, reimburse any personal expenses incurred as a result of this cancellation.
Revision of terms and conditions
AmCham Belgium may, without notice, and at any time revise these terms and conditions by posting changes online. It is the responsibility of users to review all this information at the time of registration. These changes will be effective and binding as soon as they appear on this site. These terms and conditions will be binding in the event of any discrepancy between the information printed in these terms and conditions and information printed elsewhere.
