Now featuring a revamped look, our directory has quickly become the essential, most reliable resource for doing business in Belgium, as it contains detailed information on over 1,800 companies including all US businesses in Belgium and all Chamber members (US and non-US). We are thus thrilled to provide you with this comprehensive, up-to-date catalogue that will prove of tremendous help to anyone aiming at developing strong ties with a varied Belgian business community.

Over 1,800 company entries • Over 500 member companies and individuals • Over 4,200 executives and business professionals • Entries sorted within Belgian postal codes and Provinces, US parent state, Belgian headquarter status and North Atlantic Industry Coding System (NAICS) • Complete list of current Chamber Committees • Complete list of Patron and Group Patron members • Complete list of Sustaining Members • Complete list of Diamond and Gold Strategic Sponsors.
How it works
AmCham Belgium members will be granted a free copy, with additional copies available at €80 each.
Directories are also available for non-members at €160 each.
Early Bird Offer
AmCham Belgium members can order an Early Bird copy of the Annual Directory at €50 per copy, and non-members can order a copy for €100.
If you are a member of AmCham Belgium or are a company who is a direct, subsidiary of, or related to a US Parent Company, your company should have received a Directory Update Sheet in the post.
Things to know before updating your company’s ‘Directory Update Sheet’:
-This service is offered FREE to members and to companies who are a direct subsidiary of, or related to a US Parent Company.
Update using your ‘Directory Update Sheet’
-Review carefully the attached information about your company. Note that:
-Information should be valid as of the date of publication, September 2012. Subsequent changes notified to us may only be shown within the online version of the Directory.
-Information published in the PRINTED version of the Directory will be:
• Company name
• Membership level and date since member
• Company address, phone, fax, website and general email as stated
• Key employee names and job titles
• Company description (max of 25 words)
• Other offices in Belgium (if applic.)
• Parent office in USA (if applic.)
• Headquarter function (if applic.)
• NAIC Codes
-Information such as
• type and size of company
• number of employees
• nationality of parent company
• Employee data (full name and job title), will ONLY be available to members online.
-Employees listed on the company data sheet reflect staff which AmCham Belgium has listed as working for your organization. ONLY cross off people if they no longer work for the organization. (Please do not cross them off if you wish them not to appear. Mark them as ‘not to appear’).
For non member US companies, only your head of company will be printed, so please mark clearly who that is.
-Mark any changes and complete any missing data directly on the form your received (do not retype).
-Please try to give complete employee information for the 11 different Job Functions indicated on the last page of the Directory Update Sheet.
-If future changes are confidential, please indicate this.
-Be sure to check/add your VAT number.
-If the information is correct, please mark ‘OK’

All sheets must be sent back to the Chamber by June 3, 2012 at the latest either by:
