The Belgian business activities of the KPN telecommunications company were bought by Mobistar for the price of 65 Million euros.

The activities overtaken by Mobistar are expected to yield 48.9 million euros for a cash flow of 10.1 millions by the end of 2009. Depending on the authorization of the concurrence office, the transaction could be concluded during the first trimester of 2010.
