AmCham Belgium has the support of numerous, issue-orientated Taskforces who add their expertise and knowledge to the organization’s many functions. More than 200 people doing business in Belgium donate their time to the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium as members to any one of our numerous working groups, taskforces and subcommittees.
EU Watchdog Task Force
The EU Watchdog Taskforce is charged with assessing and improving the implementation process of European Union Directives in Belgium and providing a business-orientated perspective on EU legislation affecting the climate for Doing Business in Belgium.

The Business Policy Group is AmCham Belgium’s think tank. Its concern is to examine the issues that effect the interests of U.S. businesses in Belgium and bilateral trade and develop action plans for the Chamber to best address them.

The USDI Steering Group regularly updates the Chamber on issues affecting U.S. Direct Investment in Belgium by setting benchmarks, gathering data and offering support to improving the general environment for doing business in Belgium.
