Brussels Airlines to launch daily service to New York JFK in June

Starting June 1st, 2012, Belgian carrier Brussels Airlines will operate a daily service to New York JFK, flying an entirely refurbished Airbus A330, the largest long-haul carrier at Brussels Airport. It will be the only route to North America for Brussels Airlines and its first connection to the US since its founding in 2002.

Delhaize to open new distribution center in Wallonia

 The Delhaize group is investing in its first distribution center in Wallonia. Pfizer sells Capsugel for $2.38 billion

The pill casing manufacturer with a factory in Bornem will be aquired by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. The deal is set to be finalized by fall. In 2010, Capsugel's global sales amounted to $750 million. The company employs 485 people in Belgium.

pharma.be, the association of the pharmaceutical industry in Belgium, currently has 140 member companies. Mr. Westelinck is Pfizer's Managing Director and Head of the Business Unit Oncology for Belgium and Luxembourg. He replaces Jan Van Acker (Merck Sharp & Dohme) as President of pharma.be, with Mr. Van Acker taking on the position of Vice-President.
