AmCham Belgium is managed and directed jointly by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Both are chaired by the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium’s President and meet – along with the Chief Executive, Senior Manager and Committee Chairs – on a regular basis.
Together, these groups define the organization's business policy and business lobbying strategies, review all of AmCham Belgium’s business networking and related business events and oversees the execution of organizational business policies and the day-to-day activities of the Secretariat.

- Secretariat: Oversees AmCham Belgium’s day-to-day operations. The Secretariat is located in the heart of the European Union quarter of Brussels at Rue du Commerce, 41 Handelsstraat, 1000 Brussels.
- Honorary Members: AmCham Belgium has a number of Honorary Members, most notably senior U.S. government officials residing in Belgium.
- Mission and Goals: The Mission Statement and Goals and Objectives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium focus on improving opportunities for U.S. companies doing business in Belgium or investing in Belgium.
- Articles of Association: All organizational and operational aspects of AmCham Belgium are governed by the Statutes of AmCham Belgium.
